BOGDONOV PAO ASSOCIATES LTD. Structural Engeneers

Structural Engineering

Since inception, Bogdonov Pao has provided engineering services for thousands of structures in a variety of market sectors.

Our project experience encompasses the design and construction supervision of a wide range of industrial, institutional, commercial, residential, and transportation structures.  The firm has designed multi-storey concrete, post-tensioned, steel, pre-cast and masonry commercial/office buildings; steel and tilt-up concrete warehouse buildings; as well as reinforced concrete wood frame residential buildings.  We’ve also acted as the prime consultant and coordinating professional on major industrial plants, provided formwork shoring designs on over one hundred high-rise buildings, and has been retained as special construction consultant on a multitude of bridges and large industrial projects including the $600 million Annacis Island Waste Water Treatment Plant. In a national competition in 2002, the federal Aviation Administration (FAA) selected Bogdonov Pao Associates Ltd. to generate a series of designs for blast-resistant Air Traffic Control Towers throughout the US.  Our most recent project experience includes the expansion  and seismic upgrade of the Coquitlam Sports Centre, the Chuck Bailey “Games Preparation Centre” in Surrey, and the new $250 million Royal Jubilee Hospital Patient Care Centre.
