This six storey hotel building structure includes a five storey load–bearing steel stud design supported by a one storey reinforced concrete podium floor.

     
Holiday Inn  

Holiday Inn  North Vancouver, BC
Architect:  Relative Form Architecture Studio
Owner:  Knightsbridge Properties Ltd.
A 100,000 square feet six storey hotel with an additional storey incorporating the mansard roof. The flexibility of load–bearing steel stud construction is illustrated in the traditional chateau style of architecture.

A five storey load–bearing steel stud building with concrete underground parking. The floor system utilizes light gauge steel channels supported on site&–prefabricated load–bearing steel stud walls.
